Q: Is there a parking lot available for partnership?

A:
We do not have a partnered parking lot. However, there are three parking lots within a 2-3 minute walk, and additionally, there are five or six parking lots within a 4-5 minute walk.

Q: Could you please tell me how to enter the room?

A:
This facility operates with self-check-in. Please use the code that we will provide you with prior to your arrival to access the premises.

Q: Is it possible to send luggage in advance? If so, what would be the destination address for the delivery?

A:
当Our facility is unmanned, so we do not have a front desk. Unfortunately, we cannot accept advance deliveries. Please arrange for the delivery to be received during your stay.

Q: Is it possible to drop off luggage before check-in?

A:
After 11:30 AM, it is possible to leave your luggage with us. Please note that our hotel operates as a self-service facility, so we kindly ask guests to carry their luggage to their rooms. Until 3:00 PM, we will consolidate all luggage in one location for cleaning and facility checks.

Q: Is it possible for minors to stay without adults?

A:
It is possible for minors to stay alone, however, we require submission of a parental consent form for all minors staying.

Q: Is there a smoking area available?

A:
We provide ashtrays on the balcony of the rooms. Smoking is prohibited inside the rooms, so please smoke on the balcony.

Q: Do you provide robes or pajamas in the rooms?

A:
We do not provide pajamas in the rooms. Please bring your own if needed.

Q: Do you provide seasoning?

A:
We do not provide seasoning.

Q: Does the room's TV have the capability to watch YouTube or mirror smartphones?

A:
The TV does not have smart features or mirroring capabilities. However, it does have an HDMI port.

Q: Is an HDMI cable provided in the room for connecting a computer or other devices to the screen?

A:
We do not provide HDMI cables.

Q: Do you have a DVD/Blu-ray player in the room?

A:
We do not provide DVD/Blu-ray players.

Q: Is it possible to park a bike in front of the accommodation?

A:
Parking is not available on the premises. We do not have a dedicated parking lot, so we kindly ask guests to use nearby coin parking.

Q: Is it possible to pay on-site?

A:
Our hotel operates as a self-service facility without a front desk. Payment is handled through the booking website in advance.

Q: Is it possible to rent for an extended period, such as one month or six months?

A:
It is possible. Please check the availability and make reservations through the booking website.

Q: Could you please provide the usual check-in and check-out times?

A:
The check-in time is from 3:00 PM onwards, and the check-out time is until 11:00 AM.

Q: I left something behind. Where should I inquire about it?

A:
Please contact the facility through the chat box on the booking website.

Q: Is it possible to decline cleaning during consecutive nights?

A:
Generally, we do not provide cleaning during guests' stays.

Q: Is there a rice cooker in the room?

A:
We do not provide rice cookers in the rooms.

Q: How can I cancel or modify my reservation?

A:
Please proceed with any changes to your reservation through the booking website you used.

Q: Could you please explain the check-out procedure?

A:
There's no specific procedure. Simply lock the door when you check out and leave.
